By exploring the three primary modes of thinking and behaviour (Parent, Adult, and Child), participants will learn how to regulate their emotions, improve communication, and reduce stress.

· Understand the three primary modes of thinking and behaviour (Parent, Adult, Child) and how they impact emotional responses.
· Learn how to regulate emotions using the PAC Model to maintain composure in challenging situations.
· Improve communication with others by recognizing the emotional dynamics in conversations and interactions.

The PAC Model Explained: Learn about the three states of the model: the nurturing Parent, the logical Adult, and the emotional Child, and how each one influences emotions and reactions.
